Dispatching Of Goods / Delivery Timescales
We will always try to dispatch your goods as quick as possible. During peak times, or low stock levels, we may not always be able to fulfill your order in the benchmark we have set ourselves. In these cases, we will notify you of the reason for the delay as soon as possible, and when your item can be expected to be delivered.
We will not be held responsible for any claim arising from the delay of items being sent.
We always aim to dispatch your items on the same day of your order (orders placed by 2pm) Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time may still be dispatched the same day, or the following working day. For orders shipped using our standard delivery options, please allow 5-7 days for your to arrive (Our standard delivery service is sent via Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery, and most orders should arrive within 1-2 days). In case of backorders, it can take upto 28 days for items to come back into stock. We will inform you if this is the case.

- Free Shipping - Available on orders over £59.99. Sent using Royal Mails 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service. Typical delivery time 1-2 working days.
- Standard Delivery - £3.99, Sent using Royal Mails 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service. Typical delivery time 1-2 working days.
- Next Day Delivery - £9.99, Sent using Royal Mails Next Day Delivery Service or Interlink Next Day Delivery Service. Arrives Next Working Day. Orders Must Be Placed By 2pm. (Some areas exlucded, please see below).
- Next Day Saturday Delivery - £16.99, Sent using Interlink Express. Orders by 2pm Friday only. (some area's excluded, please see below).
For Next Day & Saturday Next Day Delivery, some area's are excluded, and it is advised to select our standard delivery service if your delivery address falls into any of the following:

Notice Of Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime upto the point of dispatch of your items, where you will be eligible for a full refund. If you do wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at the earliest reasonable opportunity. We cannot be held responsible for cancellation requests submitted after, or during the shipping of your item, or the fee's incurred by yourself for the return of said items.
Returns Policy
You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it. The following terms and conditions apply to all items which you may wish to return:
- Items must be returned, unused, with all original packing material
- Items must be unused and in saleable condition
- Items such as makeup, teeth or underwear must be returned unopened and unused, with any tamper seal in place.
- Items must be sent within the 7 day return period. Please notify us of your return so we can expect the parcel and inform you of it's arrival.
- We advise you return any parcels using a 'signed for' or 'secure' delivery service, such as "recorded delivery". We cannot provide a refund for any items not received by us.
- We do not pay for the cost of returning any items to us.
- For orders which originally qualified for 'Free Delivery', and returned items bring the total order value below the limit eligible for this offer, you will be refunded the full cost of the returned items, less our standard shipping charge at the time of ordering.
- We will only refund our standard delivery cost, currently £3.99. Where the customer has opted for a next day / express delivery service, we will only refund upto our standard delivery cost of £3.99.
- For returns outside of the 7 day return period, and upto a maxium of 21 working days from your receipt of your order, will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and if deemed suitable, we will refund the customer 70% of the order value, less shipping, or provide a 100% refund via Gift Certificate to be redeemed at a later date on our website.
- For items returned outsite of the 7 day return period, which upon review we cannot accept, we will re-deliver the items back to customer, at an additional shipping cost payable by the customer.
- For items returned due to non collection from local postal depot, or refused parcels, can be re-delivered, at an additional shipping cost, payable by the customer.
Returns Policy For Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event that any items you receive have faults of any kind, you must contact us at your earliest opportunity, providing us information of the fault. We will inform you of the correct return address to send the item to, for an exchange, if required. Please DO NOT return any faulty items until you have contacted us - as some items may have to be returned to the manufacturer/supplier.
If you do not contact us and send any faulty item to ourselves without prior confirmation to do so, this may incurr additional postage costs, which are to be paid by the customer.
Each return of faulty items are done on a case by case basis. In some instances, where you require your items back quickly, yet we have not received the faulty item, you will have to place a new order on our website, of which this will be refunded once the faulty item has been received, either by ourselves, or our suppliers.
If you are sending back a faulty item where a replacement is not required, a refund will be provided for the returned item, upon receipt.

All prices include VAT where applicable.
All costumes and accessories on our website are sold subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and are available and ready for dispatch.
